The Ladies of Harley celebrated Women's Rider Month back in May by keeping track of their mileage for the whole month.  With great honor,  the ladies accumulated a total of 14,360 miles. The mileage for the month ranged from 794 to 2,099 miles.  The winner of this contest was Deryl Humphrey.  I would like to extend a great big "Thank You" to all the ladies who participated and to all the ladies that ride.

On June 19,  I had the pleasure of leading a quick ride to the Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley to help them celebrate Fathers Day with the residents. We were all greeted with open arms by the Admission/Marketing Director, Tammy Hamilton and the Activities Director, Donna Kowalski.  Live music was provided by Dave Burns.  Fresh popcorn, grilled hotdogs, potato chips, soda and water were provided by the facility.  While there,  Dana had the pleasure of taking one of the residents, Iris,  aged 85, for a spin on Rhona's trike!  It was very moving to see this happen. On August 7,  Ladies of Harley is hosting a Poker Run on behalf of the Chapter to raise money for the Chapter charities: Camp Fatima and Merrimack Valley Food Bank.  A Scenic ride through Massachusetts and New Hampshire (see the flyer below).
